on this occasion I will share tips on how to live healthily in an easy way.

Healthy living is important for us, in order to be able to live a healthy life of course there must be something that must be done and not done in order to get maximum results and not disappoint immediately just below are some tips for healthy living


1. Eat nutritious and balanced food.

Food certainly plays a big role in our lives. But healthy living must pay attention to the diet and food that is eaten because if we do not pay attention we can excess food intake and can cause various kinds of diseases that are certainly not pleasant such as obesity or being overweight.

The following are some foods that should be avoided such as too much oil, dangerous chemicals, and foods that have been polluted or dirty.


2. Maintain the environment

Protecting the environment also plays an important role in healthy living because sometimes the environment also reflects the community or people living and living in the environment so we also have to keep the environment clean and healthy such as tidying up scattered items, cleaning up the dirty and also keeping ourselves clean.


3. Regular exercise

Exercise regularly can help you maintain health.

Exercising regularly can be done with light exercise such as jogging, gymnastics or yoga, and also swimming and others.

With exercise can help keep our muscles from cramping or stiffness.


4. Reduce excessive consumption of drugs.

Taking drugs is only recommended if you are sick or injured. If consumed in excess, it does not cure, but instead will bring in diseases such as taking drugs, alcohol, and marijuana.


5. Thank God
