Manfaat mengkonsumsi buah pisang (English version)

in this post we will not discuss games or tutorials but this time we will discuss about what benefits we usually get from consuming bananas.


Yep who doesn't know bananas. Banana fruit can be easily found in Indonesia because banana tree fruit is one of the most fertile tropical plants and bananas also have many nutrients and substances that benefit our health, among others


Carbohydrate

carbohydrate is one of the important substances for our body, and if we lose energy after exercising then we can consume bananas as a way to overcome them.


Vitamin C

Like other fruits, bananas also contain many vitamins, one of them is vitamin C, which can boost our immune system


Potassium

Bananas are also rich in potassium because medium-sized bananas can contain around 400mg of potassium, potassium is a substance that is useful for maintaining fluid balance in the body and can also overcome muscle cramps.


Fiber

Bananas are also rich in fiber which can help digestion because 1 banana can contain 3 grams of fiber


Vitamin B6

We usually get vitamin B6 from animal products but it turns out that bananas also have vitamin B6 or are called pyridoxin,
